About me

I grew up surrounded by nature close to the Pyrenees and I was always curious about the mechanisms that have driven present-day earth’s life. I think that the study of the past is crucial for understanding present and future of ecosystems. If researchers from many disciplines worked together, we would be able to reconstruct all stages of life on the earth: “worldwide, and from any past time”.

My curiosity and research has taken me all around the world, from my beloved Catalonia in the Mediterranean, to the cold latitudes in Finland; from wild Australian landscapes, to one of the most prestigious museums in the world in Washington, DC, and the warmth of Atlanta, GA. All of them home to me.

On my free time I enjoy multi-pitch rock-climbing, riding my bike, or drawing little stories that recreate fun times in my life. Check some of them here!
